G&B Janitorial Supply has been repairing machines of all kinds and sizes for many years now. We have a simple policy, buy here service here.

We love what we do and how we do it. G&B Janitorial Supply is a warranty and service center for various manufacturers including Dyson, Miele, Tornado, Hoover, Eureka, etc.

 

OUR POLICY:

All the repairs, including warranty, have diagnostic fee/deposit. If the repair is covered under warranty the fee/deposit will be reimbursed. If the repair is not covered under warranty the fee/deposit will be treated as the diagnostic fee. We will not repair anything over $50 without communicating with you about the damage and total amount of fixing it. If the repair cost less than $50 we will deduct the deposit and charge the balance upon pick up.

Rentals

 

All equipment rentals required a $25.00 cash deposit.

All equipment rentals must be returned cleaned.

Equipment is to be rented by day rate (24hrs). Example: If rented at 8am on a giving day, must be returned on the following weekday at 8am the latest.

If equipment is rented on Saturdays rate will be 1.5 of the original week rate as we are closed on Sundays and equipment must be returned Monday morning at 8am.

Rental Policy

The renter agrees that he has rented the item(s) herein described upon the express condition that it will at all times remain the property of the rental agent named in the bill, that he has examined said item, found to be in good condition and will return it in as good condition as when he received it, ordinary wear and tear excepted; that he will return at once to the rental agent any item not functioning normally; that he will pay promptly when due all charges which accrue because of this rental, including damages to said item. In the event the renter fails to return said item at the agreed time, of fails to abide by any of the other terms of this policy, the rental agent may repossess it without notice to the renter, and the rental agent is hereby released from all claims arising therefrom. All charges are based on the time item is in renter’s possession whether in use or not. The rental agent is not responsible for accidents or injuries caused directly or indirectly in the use of the rented item.
