G&B Janitorial Supply has been repairing machines of all kinds and sizes for more than 30 years. We have a simple policy: buy here, service here.

We love what we do and how we do it. G&B Janitorial Supply is an officially licensed repair center for Nilfisk, Tornado, and ProTeam. In addition, we repair all kinds of janitorial equipment from any brand, including Dyson, Miele, Hoover, Eureka, Tenant, and more. Whether it’s a small vacuum or large industrial machines, we have the expertise to get your equipment running smoothly.

 

OUR POLICY:

All repairs, including warranty services, require a diagnostic fee/deposit. If the repair is covered under warranty, the fee/deposit will be reimbursed. If the repair is not covered under warranty, the fee/deposit will be treated as the diagnostic fee. We will not repair anything over $50 without communicating with you about the damage and the total cost of repair. If the repair cost is less than $50, we will deduct the deposit and charge the balance upon pickup.

Rentals

• All equipment rentals require a $20.00 cash deposit.
• All equipment rentals must be returned cleaned.
• Equipment is rented on a day-rate basis (24 hrs). Example: If rented at 8 am on a given day, it must be returned by 8 am the following weekday at the latest.
• If equipment is rented on Saturdays, the rate will be as one day the original weekday rate, as we are closed on Sundays and the equipment must be returned by Monday morning at 8 am.

Rental Policy

The renter agrees that they have rented the item(s) upon the express condition that it will at all times remain the property of the rental agent named in the bill. The renter has examined the item, found it in good condition, and agrees to return it in the same condition (ordinary wear and tear excepted). The renter will immediately return any item not functioning properly. The renter agrees to pay all charges promptly, including any damages to the item.

In the event that the renter fails to return the item on time or does not abide by any of the terms of this policy, the rental agent may repossess the item without notice. The rental agent is not responsible for accidents or injuries caused by the use of rented equipment.
