This Advance SC401 17B floor scrubber effectively cleans floors in large spaces such as hospitals, schools, and restaurants. It has a 17″ scrub path with a cleaning rate of up to 12,739 sq. ft. per hour. It boasts a powerful 280W vacuum motor and a 450W brush motor with a 140 RPM brush speed to effectively remove dirt and grime. Both the solution tank and recovery tank have a 7.9 gallon capacity to require less dumping and refills. This machine is easily activated by simply pressing the OneTouch scrubbing button, and it includes an Electronic Solution control to easily adjust the solution flow during use. The handle includes touch-activated sensors to acknowledge the operator’s presence, ensuring the machine is safely engaged.

Designed for speed, accuracy, and easy operation, this unit is ideal for daily floor cleaning applications.
